Solvent free binder is an effective component content, using different coating systems, without solvent, so there is no solvent volatilization in the whole process, and there is no residual solvent in the composite. It is more in line with the requirements of food safety and no emission, which meets the requirements of emission reduction and environmental protection.
2.Do not belong to inflammable and explosive dangerous goods
Good safety, no fire, explosion risk, no solvent explosion-proof measures; non fuse adhesive is not flammable, explosive, high corrosion and other dangerous products, in transportation and storage, no need to be considered, at the same time the solid content of solvent free adhesives, storage space is less.
3.Less coating amount
Because the fluxes have better cooling characteristics, the coating amount of solvent free adhesives is generally between 0.8-2.5g/m2, and for paper and other special materials, the coating amount can be up to 4g/m2. The amount of solvent adhesive is generally 2.0-4.5g/m2. The cost advantage of solvent free adhesives can be seen.
4.Relatively small molecular weight
